AVAILABILITY & COST FOR SELF CATERING.
Weekly Breaks. The house is available all the year round and is let on a weekly basis from 3pm on Saturdays until 10am on the following Saturday.
Short Breaks. Except for the weeks around Christmas and New Year, The house may be available for periods of 3 nights during the winter and spring months, November to Easter, Easter to the end of May. Please contact me if you are looking for a short break holiday.
Deposits. A £100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance is due at least six weeks before commencement of your holiday. No contract exists until receipt of the deposit and written confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation. Bookings may be cancelled up to 8 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday but the deposit cannot be refunded. If less than 8 weeks notice is given then every effort will be made to re-let the property but if this is unsuccessful then payment in full is required. It is therefore important that you insure your stay against cancellation and curtailment as your booking is a legally binding contract. A pamphlet on insurance is sent to you with your booking form.
